Question about certain things when MoP is here

I have not been playing wow for a very long time,
i have never been around for the introduction of a new expansion so i have some questions about what happens to certain content

Such as when MoP comes what happens to old dungeons and stuff ?
because i have been trying to get the pala transmog gear from Bwl and wondering if MoP comes will i no longer be able to get it ?
same for the TLPD, thats a mount i wish to get, will i still be able to farm for it when MoP comes or is that something i need to get before MoP hits ?

1. Yes you will still be able to get the transmog gear dungeons get made easier when new exp hits xD

2. It will more than likely be more beneficial to wait for MoP to farm things like TLPD as the rates of drop/spawn increases with next expansion, if not then a patch or two after
