I am wanting to purchase a 3x session for 1 year from a person who is selling it discounted to me.

Is this allowed here? and is the email changeable for his account so he cannot reverse me?

It is allowed but not supported.

You won't be able to change the email or anything like this.

If the keys get scammed, they will be deleted with no refund for both parties.
