You can use one bot for one active (running) account. If you have three accounts and you're only playing one at a time then the bot can be used for either acct. If you're running all 3 wow accounts at the same time then yes, you'll need 3 sessions of HB.

if you're asking to run 3 wow instances + 3 HB, yes you will need 3 separate Sessions.

you can do ARelog style and have 1 session but have it cycle through 3 accounts.
