question about bans

is each game from blizzard its own ban scale? on the same Bnet account ofc ( wow , diablo , heros o.t. storm, hearthstone ect. ) like ive never been banned on hearthstone but i have had 3 temp bans and 1 perm ban on World of Warcraft that ban scaling doesnt xfer to all games does it? like first one for hearthstone should be a temp ban for couple day? i know tn the ToS they reserve the right to ban you perm for nothing or never. just a question from peoples experiance

The bans on Hearthstone is permanent, and it doesnt matter if you have been banned in any other games before, all first bans are permanent

So, in a bid to rid the world of the robotic scourge, Blizzard banned several thousand accounts found to be using automated software last week. After the purge, the company said: “These accounts will be banned until 2015. As we’ve stated, fair play is at the core of the Hearthstone experience, and hacking and botting will not be tolerated. We’re committed to creating a fun and rewarding environment for our players.”
