Question about Ban Wave

In the e-mail I got when I got banned, it said my ban would be lifted tomorrow, (11/13/15) - and a customer service rep told me the same thing --

but when I click on my account in my bnet manager on battle.net it says
"Account Banned
This World of Warcraft account has been permanently closed and is no longer available for use."

Does anyone else have the same thing? Should it be saying this if my account is going to be unbanned (or supposed to be unbanned) tomorrow, or do I have bigger issues at hand?

Generic message, Blizzards website does not have a temp ban display message so it just says "permanent banned" if your account shows it was suspended after a certain amount of days.
