I was wondering does this bot blacklist one of those buggy mobs that says Evade every time u hit it? Its doing that right now in game just letting it shoot for now will it stop n move on?

The job of not attacking Evading mobs is the responsibility of the CC. If your CC isn't doing that job correctly, need to try another. I'm rather certain that all of FPSware's CC's have this functionality. May be plenty of other CCs that do this correctly, also--just not familiar with all of them.
