[Question] A3 Hell vs A3 Inferno

Well I have a monk who is currently farming Act 3 Hell, my questions are these, should i stick with what I already know and make my second character a monk as well? Or should i take the time to learn the DH skill / gear sets as it seems DH's do a fair bit better. Or should i keep on char on A3 Hell and have the other one on A3 Inferno for a gold / item mix up? Let the veterans of the DB forums tell me what they think is best.
