Well you can run 2 clients for 1 account, but they would have to be in different region, like one in EU server and another in US server.

ROFL. NO! 1 copy of Diablo per B.net, just like SC. The only reason WoW is like this, is because they encourage multiboxing, as it gets them a TON of more money.

You can actually play on europe and usa with 1 account at the same time.

DO NOT attach more then on D3 to a bnet account. for obvious reasons. If one accout gets banned they will ban all your accounts on that bnet account. Make new BNet accounts for each game. fake names buy physical copies from a store. or buy cd keys from 3rd party but dont buy cd keys with the same CC or Paypal. you dont want all of your bots getting banned if one gets busted.
