Profiles are typically designed to complete a specific set of quests as designed by the profile developer which typically includes picking the quest up first.
There isn't really any profile out there designed to only complete quests in your quest log as far as I know.
In order to have a profile that -could- complete only the quests in your quest log, the profile would need to have data for practically every quest in the game which would be a lot of work.
I don't think there would be any sort of profile out there that does specifically what you're wanting, and if there is - it would most likely be a paid product since so much work would go into coding what's practically Loremaster profile.
