So early in the expansion I used a iffy chinese questing profile (don't get me wrong at the time kickz weren't available to horde so these were awesome). But apparently it was doing quests out of order and some of the quest milestones were done oddly and I cant get kickz profiles to pick up and take over to fill in some voids left by the other profiles....

Things such as talador "establishing your outpost" and such can't be picked up and complete to let this happened.

Was anyone having similar issues and how did you manage to fix it? I'm completely willing to do some stuff by hand to get it all fixed but the quest givers dont give the quests anymore....
 
id suggest picking up a questing addon from curse. i know QuestCompletist is one. and there is another that will query the server and tell you what quests have been done and what hasnt.

QuestCompletist will show !! on the map for existing quests not picked up yet.
 
Have you looked at the log? It usually tells you what quest is trying to do and failing, you can then just look up the quest on wowhead and find the npc and do it yourself then start the bot after that.

Hey thanks, really good suggestion this ought to help....didn't know add-ons like carbonite still existed that queryed the servers....

Hopefully this will do it

Yea the add-ons werent much help, the trouble is that there are some quests that become unavailable to you if you do the one that succeeds it (Shredder Manual) for example, but there's no way to get the bot to just recognize that and move on....so I had to go into kicks actual svned profiles and manually delete it

I just wanna get these profiles going for the free followers...seems to be working okay now
