Questing works for legion but not old content?

Hello,

I tried using questing profile for lvls 98-100 on my lvl 99.
But the bot does nothing it doesn't even start.

I tried on my 100 with legion questing profile and it works fine.

anyone know what works for older content?

I tried both dungeons and quests both don't work on my level 99
