Questing Turns to grinding.

Hi all, pretty new here so please forgive any noobness displayed.

I have used Kicks 1-90 Questing Profile.

I am currently in Eastern Plaguelands and Lvl 45.

However the bot is not automatically collecting any new quests.

Is it designed to grind a level or two before heading to the next quest chain?

Should I just head to say Blasted Lands and hope that it picks up new quests?

Yes.
If you have heirlooms, no grinding will be needed as you will always be ahead of the area you're questing in. Without heirlooms, i encountered 2 Situations where the bot was grinding a level - eastern plaguelands and blasted lands.

does it heaps without full heirlooms - you will find it will stay in winterspring for at least 2 levels without heirlooms for horde normally - as an example

I just left EPL about an hour ago on the same profile. I had to grind from 45-47 on kicks profile. What I did realize for Kick's profiles though is that if you click on the info tab of HB it does have a message stating that it is grinding to whatever level. In order to get through EPL I just picked up all the quests for strat and had my other 90 run through the dungeon, which was much faster.

Another option would be to switch over to Cava's profiles. Seems to have other options which may allow you to skip out on the grind and go back to questing. I switched when Kick's was sending me to Felwood because I was too lazy to help it travel that far from Eastern Kingdom

I chest, legs, shoulders, back and head heirlooms. Mine is in winterspring currently griding from level 54 to 56, I've tried going to blasted lands as I've got a quest there to start the chain but it just runs straight back to winterspring... ?! going to take approx. 3 hours to go from 54 to 56 grinding

I think the problem is that if 200 characters did the same quests, they might be minus/plus level 1 level than there counter-part which is why grinding is required.

For some reason my Questing bot is not accepting quests or turning them in idk if questing is not working correctly or what
