Questing routines error preventing HB from running

Every time I try to load up HB I get the same issue, I've disabled all of my plugins and even deleted a few. I have tried with and without Questing as the botbase, but it still gives me the error. I have tried in different HB downloads to update and to revert HB back to an older one. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your Honorbuddy installation is damaged, and you need to do a 'clean install'. Please find the instructions for doing this successfully, here:
