Questing rewards

I'm using kicks Aliiance flying quest profile (58-70) and previously used his alliance 1-60 profile.. I have used other profiles 80+ and when questing if i already had a better item then the options it would pick the one with the most value.. Kicks profiles havent been doing this and was wondering if there was a plugin or something I can get so that it picks the highest value item rather than something worth less i wont use anyway..

Actually the other profiles were kicks horde profiles...

Is there a diff in how they pick quest rewards?
