Questing Question

Here's a quick question about questing for anyone who can answer. If you're using a questing profile, does the bot pick upgrades from reward lists or just pick the one that sells most?

I'm thinking the latter, but I've never actually quested it where I've needed gear.

Thanks. Another question, is there a way to tell it what spec to choose gear for? I've got a shaman I'll be using as Resto in dungeons, but he's questing as enhance. Is there a way to make it pick up resto gear instead of enhance?
