questing question !! ( warlock )

hi the questing works kinda fine !! but every time my warlcok dies he

1. sometimes just dont summon pet at all
2. if he summons its always imp !!

my warlock is demon and using a imp is horrible as warlock dies easy


so is there a way to let him cast the demon all the time instead of the imp ?

and also is there a way when a mob is attacking him he kills him 1st before he pulls more when that add just keeps on smacking his face ?
