Questing profiles

Hi, Does anybody have any ideas as to why my character is not picking up or handing in quests? he just wants to run around killing stuff

do you select questing?
and is the toon maybe at the end of the quest and is right now on grinding to next level ?

Thanks guys. I guess the toon was just grinding to next level. im new to this so thanks for your help
