Questing profiles to mix with farming so bot is less bottish

Im looking for some sort of repeatable quest profile with daily q (in any expansion, i dont need rewards of any kind), to mix it with farming and therefore making bot acting pattern more human. Could anyone provide me with some recommendations ? Iv seen some profiles for daily quests but they seems to require each day clearing of cache, or even reinstalling honor buddy, which would be inconvenient.
