Questing (Profile Changing Plugin)

Would it be Possible for someone to make a plugin that
changes a profile after it gets to a certain level, just input the
next profile in order.
X Level --> crossroads Questing Profile --> X Level ---> Next Profile and so on

Or even

After X Quest - Change Profile to - X Profile ---> After X Quest ---> Next Profile...Etc

Something that can manage a Profile until the last quest is done and then changes the profile after
it has no more Objectives in que..

I think This could Become a Great Plugin, And if no one will make it, Can someone help me out..
