QUesting problem!

Hey! Today with the release 452 (i guess) the questing was working perfectly but now i have done the update to 453 and i cant even let it start! Maybe is my problem so i ask here for support! Heres my logView attachment 8044 2012-09-19 21.22.txt Tanks for the help
