Questing not runnig

I am attempting to run a questbot and my toon seems to be stuck in val'shara "waiting" for quest thats not going to come. I am running the default Legion leveling profile. I am hoping to get further with the community then I did with HB support team. I have tried resetting my cache
 
I found the issue, seems as tho there is 2 of the same quest giver and i had to manually grab a quest.
