Questing/Leveling Hunter, what Pet to use ?

Hi, I recently started botting a Hunter 1-85 as Beastmaster and have been wondering what other botters picked as pets.

Any Tips on what to pick or just stick with the default pet?
It should:
- Minimize amounts of deaths;
- Enhance Solo Questing;
- whatever is important

A cat is a very balanced pet It has dash, so it can quickly get to an enemy, does fairly good damage, standard pet meaning you wont stand out to much. It also don't die much at all. Even has stealth which can be helpful in crowded areas.

im very fond of the Westfall Boar. its a classic pet, and holds aggro well. cant go wrong with it.

Turtle or a beetle for maximum survivability.

Edit: With a turtle/beetle you can solo most grp quests as well.

Also: If someone might now , Should I join a mass guild while leveling ( questing ) or would those mess up kick's profile?

as long as u change Questorder to false, you wont have problems. i lvled my warrior full heirlooms in a lv 25 guild.. sometimes youll find in a low lvl area for you, u just have to restart hb. and start again..

ya, thats up to you.. for example, if u are questing, then start to do some bg/dungeons. and u get some lvls, ull need to change it to get the most exp from kicks quest profiles.. i lvled my first toon with just guild perks (10%) and changed it cuz i felt i was lvling too fast, and it worked like a charm cuz u wont get stuck by quest chains.

Hmmm I was just pure questing, but i'll change it =] Hope it doesn't slow me down

turtle as a pet works flawless, it has this aoe tanking talent which makes it great while having multiple adds

I alternate among turtle, cat and spider, depending on what I am doing. The spider is mostly for PVP but I have used him for questing.
