In my case. Turn-in worked on an object, but when you need to pick up a quest from an object, in my case a stone;

PickUp QuestName="The Princess Trapped" QuestId="26039" GiverName="Shards of Myzrael" GiverId="138492"

Is giving me the following:

Changing current profile to Arathi Highlands
Could not find quest giver NPC with ID 138492 in database.

I removed the < tags and the / on purpose because the whole "correct" format wouldnt show up on the quote
