Questing in HB3 incredibly bugged - downgraded to HB2, now there are no questing prof

So I tried leveling a DK using Kicks on HB3 - Gets stuck over and over, hangs on quests, tries to run up hills, ect. Horribel pathing, horrible target selection. Just horrible.

Some one told me I could downgrade to HB2 in the announcements, so i grabbed that build and now I've come to find that all my updated kicks profiles don't even load on HB2. Where is the middle ground?

Whatever, the fuck up is done. My question is, can I still get the old HB2 profiles for leveling somewhere? You know, the ones that were working perfectly fine, some of them for YEARS. BTW, the questing profiles contained with the zip of the HB2 version they released in discord announcements are the updates ones - they don't work with the version they're packaged with.

Edit: this is referring to old world quests like the dk starting zone, NOT legion content. I don't care how functionable legion content is (or isnt) at the moment, I just want to be able to do what I could have been doing 2 weeks ago.

Tried using HB2 as well, archaeology buddy starts up and then slows to almost a standstill, like 1fps. Force close HB and game runs just fine. I don't understand what is different doing pretty legion stuff with the previous legion version on HBO, what changed???

A lot.

Pathing is handled completely different, so anything Legion related will not work with HB2.

Well its not possible.. The wow client has been updated. dont waste your time with HB2.. work with the devs and get HB3 working the way it should

been using the 1-100 profiles that ship with hb2 just fine... try a fresh install, stop the whine

i'm leveling an alt untill 100 with hb2, working like a charm on tbc, on vanilla i had few quest bug (like 2\3) but nothing big. at 100 i will switch to hb3

Are you getting the latest svn versions? They get updated several times a day. I've had to do some babysitting with HB3 but I have managed to get a toon up to 110. If you really wanted to get an older version of the questing pack, you could always check out an older revision from svn.

sorry days of blind AFK leveling are over for a month or 2. you can help speed up repairs by reporting with logs the bugs you find in the quests.


HB 2 does not work well at all with Legion . all the people are busy fixing profiles to work with HB 3. so even is you use HB2 most of the profiles have been changed to work with HB3 not hb2

Is not questing bugged is the flightor/ground navigation bugged and i spend a week to fix 55 - 80 kick questing profile.Still got 20 more to go .
