Questing continuation using Different profile

Greetings folks, i'm new HB user, Been using a questing profile, then i wanted to changed to a different profile halfway, what can i do to make the second profile resume from the same quests that i'm already doing, i tried to solve it on my own but my character always keeps going to random places when loading the second one, any help would be much appreciate it

you would need to edit the profile,but its no that simple at all if you have no experience about profile writing

just let the new profile to run a bit

It's not running, it just keeps going to the same quest giver that i already did !

That's because the two profiles are not cross compatible that way. If the second profile writer did not add in condition checks to determine what you have/don't have/completed and just assumed that you were using their profile only (which is not an unusual assumption) then you will have the problem that you do.

How to fix it depends entirely on how comfortable you are at reading XML. Which two profiles are you trying to move between and which quest are you stuck on. Maybe I can give you an easy answer. I'm bored at work anyway.

yea, if you have any quests in your log complete them manually then try loading the new profile,
