Under Settings & Tools there is an option to enable/disable Framelock and also set the TPS (Default 15), I'm guessing these are global settings for BotBases that don't have these options?
Anyway I am using Singular along with Questing bot to level a toon and was wondering if I should set the TPS to 30 rather than the default 15 and also leave Framelock enabled, I notice Singular has it's own Framelock enable setting.. would this mess up the Settings & Tools Framelock? like cause any issues since both are enabled.

You should set the Framelock value to the same as the lowest fps you have in game.
So if your FPS idle around 40 when you're fighting mobs, doing raids, heavy AoE fights you should set the tps to 40.

Thanks honorrunar, but what about the Honorbuddy Framelock setting & Singular Framelock setting both on at the same time (Which are both on by default) can this cause stutter or any other issues? and this is mainly for AFK Quest botting not raids or dungeons using LazyRaider/Tyrael.

So when I check WoW's fps when it's in the background it's around 31 but drops to 27 sometimes in big battles, but usually my FPS sits around 29-31.

no, just leave it alone. the more you turn up the tps the more cpu and resources your going to use, 15 times a sec to run though the AI is more then enough for most operations.

Thanks mate, but what about the fact Singular has Framelock on and so does Honorbuddy Settings (Global)?

the framelock setting in honorbuddy is a global setting, it effects everything, if you ONLY want the combat routine to use it then enable it there.

Oh that is enabling framelock for honorbuddy program itself? I'm just worried that both being activated might cause issues? like should one be turned on and the other off rather than both on.

no, one will override everything lower then it. since the setting in honorbuddy itself is the lowest, it will effect everything else.
