Questing As Bear

I tried JungleBook and HazzDruid along with Singular obviously for questing. Both CCs seem to have a problem moving on their own when questing and I don't know how to force Bear Form with Singular.

class config has a bear form function somewhere in it (at least in groups / dungeons it does - dunno about questing)

I found the form selection in Singular from class config, the problem is that it is set to 0 and I don't know what = bear. I posted this in the Singular thread I believe, as well as another person asking the same question, got no answer.
CCs other than Singular have issues questing it seems like so I'm not using those. I think using bear form would be a tad slower, but much more safer and less down time between mobs.

I have no problem using junglebook with bearform only when I quest, I just check bearform in the GUI and then go.
