questing and professionbuddy gone

i reinstalled hb because i had some errors all the time.
now i finished the installation but there is no questing section and also no professionbuddy anymore.
anyone knows whats the problem?

i downloaded the german version.

they aren't available in the German version for legal reasons. so what your seeing is correct.
