Questing and dungeons

I cant seem to get the dungeon buddy to work, once i am in he just stands there. The questing buddy doesnt seem to work either, it just says no profile loaded. help please

Well i cant right now cause i cant use it, do i have to wait for the new build? sorry just got this and i am new to it.
