[Questing] Alliance Quest 31734 - Welcome Wagons not in Developer Tools

I currently have the quest "Welcome Wagons" - 31734 in my quest log, a quest at the start of Jade Forest. When I go to the Developer Tools, I do not see this quest even after refresh. This cause issue as the toon is trying to get the quest forever.

I had this issue with a previous toon, the only way I found to continue is to complete the quest manually.

you have a lot of quests in your logs already, is it possible that because there not just one or two, but almost enough to fill the pane there, that it would have issues? maybe try clearing quests your not currently trying to do.
