QuestBuddy help me please

I am using kicks profile. 1-90. Currently lvl 24 and it's been a pain. I assumed that it was a click start and when I come back I'd be 58 as per the profile i choose. After each quest hub the toon did nothing it just stood there. It never trained riding at level 20 it won't train talents. I'm a brewmaster by the way
I suppose what I'm asking for is a guide on setting up the quest bot. I have no plugins ect so if I need plugins can you explain which I need and how to set it up. Thanks. I've searched for what I'm looking for but I can't find the information. again thanks for reading.

Yea it's buggy as hell, I've been babysitting my toon from 1-68 now, sometimes it runs well for a few levels, but the there's always something that makes it stop... so it's impossible to run it without sitting at the computer :/ I've tried without plugins, fresh install etcetc.
Also with RaF and 2 accounts with one questing and the other one on partybot... THAT is way too buggy
