QuestBot - stupid behaviour

So another moment when i get back to the computer and see the questbot is too stupid to recognize that he is

- running against something
- try to fly to quest pickup / whatever but keeps getting stuck cause he is always flying and running too damn close arround objects
- waiting for the elevator for 8 hours ( great that there isn't any check to cancel this action after x seconds or something)


Seriously, why isn't there a routine like "go to location xyz - if location isn't reached within x seconds use alternative action / use unstuck / whatever?????????????

Not to be nonconstructive but it has been warned that the quest bot is very buggy and not ironed out whatsoever. It is litterally useless to leave it unattended for even ten minutes.

Your log shows it stuck in a loop obviously, hence why it did not get on the elevator. It kept trying to restart its route but whatever the issue it continued to fail and loop (it kept checking for selling point etc)

Someone who reads the language or whatnot will be able to help you more.

Known bug with the elevator. It's been there a long time it'll probably be there a long time. Starting a new topic about it isn't going to change anything. Reporting it in the thread from the profile might help.

nonsense. Check out my AFK Dailies profile and watch it run a full Tol Barad/Therazane/Wildhammer run without ever getting stuck or bugging. Quest bot is very, very awesome but there are some mesh issues around and the odd bug in CustomBehaviours here and there.

Heck, I've been running a DK from level 58 - 83 and the elevator is the only time I've had to intervene. The rest, up to and including Hyjal, has been fully AFK without any hickups. Calling that "very buggy" and "not ironed out" is nonsense.

I stand corrected I believe I have tried the Firelands dailies from Kick and they did work without issues.

I in no way mean to give out false information. Im obviously new here myself. Still digging and downloading as many profiles as I can since it seems everything is sort of scattered or many topics are archived and there is no knowing if they still work or not. Not to mention a lack of resources to work with HB. From what Ive seen this far some components are in another language Lol. German I assume. I guess Im weary to touch anything since I dont want to break anything too much haha.

But when I meant bugs and such I was referring more to questing 1-80ish as those dont seem to work as flawlessly as say the dailies. And if there is a profile other than kicks that does Id love to try it! lol

I even thought about using lowhangingfruit until I saw how many people were reporting bans from it. I veer away from paths and stuff like that as botters are already obvious in places like Uldum.

~ Plus I think your routes are mainly for alliance (The good ones) so that overall makes me a sad panda.

"some mesh issues" funny...there are a billion mesh errors. Now he just flys left and right and left and right in the warsong hold. No checks for what he is doing just stupid flying left and right......as this can happen anywhere...yes the questbot is useless unless you babysit it...but then i can just play myself and don't need a bot.

LOL!!! Sorry but I did find this comical.
What do you mean by "now"? And by flying in Warsong Hold? You mean the quest area of it? Also did you update HB today? (Correctly I might add)

With "now" i mean that i have to babysit it as it is too stupid to do stuff hisself. Inside the building he flys left and right. That issue is very old...so if i post a log someone comes up again with "Starting a new topic about it isn't going to change anything." Had the same issue a year ago when leveling another char.

Please remember that there is a huge difference between "The quest bot" and the profiles you're using.
The quest bot is *very* good. Profiles may contain less-than-perfect information.

If you find a profile not working flawlessly then please report that in the profile's thread so the profilemaker can adapt. I know for a fact that Kick is constantly updating his profiles to make them perfect.

Yeah man.... One issue that you've had for prolonged time is "a billion mesh errors".
