Questbot for current test release HB3

Hello,

Tried using the new HB3 as you guys aren't updating HB2.
Installed the release and V.7 in an attempt to recommence using firelands
There's no questbot :|
Download and new install - still no questbot :|

Is this because it's not been updated for the patch or is there an error with my HB3?
