Quest tools "Gem Upgrade Priority"

A lot of the gems are bad or just useless my request is just a simple quality of life change.
Can we get "Upgrade Key Stone" On the Gem Priority list and Maybe just make it a "Urshi Priority List"

Minimum % Chance for Gem Upgrade
60%

When those 4 gems do not fit the 60% minimum it just upgrades keystone instead of upgrading a gem you don't want.
