Quest profiles trying to start over on finished quests

Is there a way to force HB to "Recheck" your finished quests when a profile wants to start over from the beginning (or a past point)?

I have a fairly large profile of quests, and its not organized all that well (no checkpoints and such), and most of the time my toons run thru it just fine - for about 10 levels or so. But every once in a while it tries to start back at the first quest (tho its already 50 quests in to the profile), and I have to end up restarting wow and HB several times to make it click back to where it should be.

Any ideas?

mine has never tried to start back at the first quest, I have full 68-80 i'm messing with and it goes down the line and already knows which one's i've done and not done, picked up, etc.
