Use (A - Quest) 1-15 Night Elf (KaZ) From 1-15
Then continue with (A - Quest) Human 1-58 (Kick)

But do this when you change to Kicks profiles:

Note: If you start this *midway* (12+), change <QuestOrder IgnoreCheckPoints="True" > -- True to False (hint: open the profile in notepad & 'find' )
If you have BoA gear and / or guild XP, you may be doing green or lower quests / mobs

PS: Make sure to read EVERYTHING before downloading any of the profiles. There's allot of important information you need to know + some extra stuff you need to download.
You need SVN to get Kicks profiles, all you need to know about SVN is right HERE

my 1-60 will accomodate for your night elf, just move it to the human starter area

or

you can do some other night elf 1-13 and use natfoth's kalimdor profile (which i fixed, but it's not as awesome as mine)
