Quest ID for Starting on Belial

I'm trying to write a profile to start A2 on the Belial quest (in order to get Adria and Leah to follow me around). I load the game up with quest A2.10.1 and dump the QuestID and StepID and used them in the header like so:

But when I try to start the game it gives me the Matchmaking Error (which implies that I don't have the quest, which I definitely do - beat the game legit in its entirety pre1.04). Anyone else getting this problem or can provide me with a solution?

Hmm, tried setting the step to "-1" and it worked. Now I'm trying to get it to teleport to town and start using the WP but it just sits there.

Sorry, this is my first time writing a profile and there seems to be a lot of really random/arbitrary commands that don't work the way you'd expect them to?

Many people have had issues here. If I recall correctly, where you start at that quest is considered 'in town', so you can't teleport from there.
