Quest from items in bag?

Quest from items in bag?

Im trying to fool around with making quest profiles
But how can I make it so HB uses a item from bag to start a quest
Such as Thunderlord Clan Artifacts

I tried searching but keep getting database errors
I believe i found my answer that it can not be done yet

as Nesox and Apoc told me
Hb does it automagically,no need to add something on the profile

it's not hard to do it's just hard to decide how to do it right

you would have to place a grindto tag before and then hope you get the item
