That ID# is wrong. I believe it should be 26623

Same Quest

<Objective Type="CollectItem" ItemId="59357" Name="Dusky Lumps" CollectCount="6">

ItemId should actually be 60988
Name should be singular "Dusky Lump"

See my log - getting stuck on questgiver Lethyn Moonfire in Zangarmarsh (Cenarion Refuge).
Quest "The Dying Balance".

Picks it up fine the first time, then is trying again, and again, and again, .....

So sorry to take up your time with this, mate.. I do appreciate your work and wouldn't want to give you impression to criticize you in any way. But in cases like this, it's rather difficult to "recognize" the root-cause.

Alrighty then.. I will repost this on the "other side" .. (HB bugs).
