Search the weapon racks in Ebon Hold for a Battle-worn Sword and then use it on a runeforge to craft a Runebladed Sword.

The issue you've mentioned happens on quests which require you to get an item, and then do something with it to complete the quest (i.e. collect item x, and use on NPC). It can't recognise that behaviour. Not sure if that's a core HB issue or whether the profiles need updating though. You'll have to do it manually and re-start the bot to continue.

On their own they work, but just not when it has to do 2 actions.

Collect 10x item to complete is fine, or use item x at location x,y,z is fine, but if you need to collect item a and use it on NPC b, then it fails with the error you posted.
