quest bot wont start

Quest bot wont work on this specific toon. I have used it on a few other toons but for some reason it doesnt like this one?
I did a fresh install and tried it again but same thing.

It is the correct log. I just tried it again and the same thing. I start the bot, it looks like it loads up and just stands there. Here is this mornings log.
I tried moving closer to the questing area and still nothing
should I do something else?

used dx9 and still the same thing. I tried turning in a couple of quests and still nothing.

deleting all that was very painful to re-download but it is what it is.
