Quest bot oing to wrong quests

the bot is going to quests that i have already completed or that are not yet open to me in the quest chain, the npc it is waiting on will not show the "!"

i have already cleaned my caches and it seems to only be sv quests

HB will not go to the right questgiver

in smv my hb goes to a npc that does not show as a quest giver. I have either finished the quest already and hb isnt registering it or I am not far enough in the quest chain and hb is not registering that.View attachment 8656 2015-11-29 19.04.txt

i just did the quests by hand
