No pro at this, but seems the bot is unable to resolve the NPC with ID 44458 (Del Gahrron - NPC - World of Warcraft), maybe because you are located in Wetlands. Try moving the character to where the NPC is and starting the bot there.

Try flying to The Mender's Stead (in the middle of Western Plaguelands), and start the bot when you get there.
