Quest bot dosnt use mail.

I saw some threads about it, but i cant find any official post "we know about this problem and working". I was waiting for one week and lost a lot of money because of it and there is still no update so ill try to start thread here to finally get some information.
So i have 100% afk profile before 5.1, after patch i cant bot anymore. For some reason bot dont mail any items, when bot have full bags he just using hearthstone, going to vendor, selling greens, repairing and staying at one place for 1-2 mins. Then profile starts from the start and going to grind area so bot skipped mailing part for some reason, dont even going to mailbox.
I made some testing: got full bags of leather and meat and few greens, gear not repaired and got same problem as i described before. Then moved to grind area, got some loot and runned to start willage using "taxi" (because hearthstone was on CD), then i stopped bot.

Its really strange that bot have so important bug and there is no announcement or pinned thread about it, considering that the program paid.
