Quest already done bot thinks otherwise? help please

hi evveryone im level 82 on my deathknight went to deepholm bot did a quest for the starting of it. now it is keep saying picking up Deepholm, Realm of Earth but it is already done?? idk what to do can anyone help me please. also tryed going into kicks deepholm profile to delete it but dont know waht to do delete thanks

first of all post a log please secondly have you tried shutting the bot down and starting it again

sometimes the bot gets confused if you restart it or it crashed last time
