I did this on 3 accounts and it worked great. I make a healer a tank and a dps so no matter what level ques where instant. bots have obvious movement so grouping with others for this is not ideal but I did it for 3 90's per account before calling it good. I didn't get banned.

Also it took me about 2 days to level to 90 with RAF during panda running them about 12 hours per day. So honestly you are probably looking at 1-90 is 2-3 days and 90-100 another 2-3 days because heirloom and raf bonus dosn't work after 90.
Also something to keep in mind when doing this. Don't use relogger. If you account is ever looked at 5 people logging in exactly the same time is not human like. I would slowly log them all in with 10-15 minutes of each other and only play them 6 hours on then let them rest and 4 more hours then the next day. You can do w/e you like but the easiest way to get banned is to think. Is this something a human would do. If you answered no then that is not what you should do.
