Let's do a clean install of Honorbuddy as described here:
Please use only Honorbuddy-as-shipped, and the Singular combat routine.
If no joy, please show us a fresh log of the 'clean install' using Singular.

Do you have any in-game addons running? Like Zygor or something questing related.
If they are set to auto accept or turn in quests, this error will occur.

This is NOT a clean install. There are a number of plugins present that do not ship with Honorbuddy.
Please do another 'clean install' as described here:
As the article states, until the problem gets resolved, it is important that:
- You install NO additional third-party offerings
- You copy NOTHING from a previous Honorbuddy installation
- You should disable the streaming of ALL Buddy Store products.
Also, let's disable all your WoWclient addons until we get this problem resolved.
