PvP wont come 2012 / No PVP Gear ... what to buy now and resell high?

As the title say?s jay wilson announced it wont give pvp gear and it wont come 2012 ... in what should i invest now ? what will be much worth next time ?

This. Since shields are almost non-existent in current barb pvm builds I think they will be valuable when it comes to pvp. I'm saving some of my 34% highstreng/res storms, if they won't go up in price I can still sell them to charsi anyway.

Shields can't block ground effects and explosions and arcane sentries, although it's excellent at countering Throw Barbs.
