pvp profiles and me.

Ofcourse soon I will get some free spare useless time again and thus it would be nice to have several pvp profiles.

so I'm willing to make 3 aggresive profiles and 1 defending for each map, but! first things first that I need to know.

when I make the mesh to walk EVERYwhere ex in WSG, and it has the tunnels, will HB try to attack someone trough walls or tunnels trough the ground? if so please say cause I ahve to keep these things into mind.
also does the bot always start at the left side of the gates @ WSG? or can this be altered? if so just say so how.

besides that let me know if there are any other points i need to watch out for!.
 
Using the WSG mesh, load it up, hit "Start Mapping", map where you want to go, use eProfileCreator to make hotspots, import the new hotspots into WSG.xml (or replace the existing hotspots), and you're done.

You have a custom WSG mesh and .xml that only you have.

is there anyway to make it stay at a certain hot spot for x amount of time (to defend)?

Note that if you make it stay at a certain hot spot for an amount of time, it will literally just stand there for that amount of time; no moving AROUND that area.

A better idea is to get the bot to stay in that vicinity for a long amount, which I'm afraid... I have yet to figure out how ('cept making bunch of hot spots around that area and making the Meshes very complex at that area).
 
funny you tell me how to create a profile ^^, anyways i'll ask again.

will the profile not be gimped out when I do this when I walk around and do I got a chance of changing the way it walks before start, cause to me it seems a bit strans where you are the only one going left where everyone else goes right gate + it starts on the exact same point.
 
The start point i believe is coded into hb. And to your first post from my exp off making bg maps it'll target anyone within range. So tunnels ect may cause some issue, just need the user to find a good balance for there targeting range. So with that (i'll use wsg for this) i'll place random hotspots first one just under the grave yard bout 50yards away to reduce runnin up the cliff chance then over the the right hut then down near my graveyard to check for campers the back to there's down to the middle then down the right flank incase of flag runners.
 
alright well I'm gonna see somewhere this week what I can fiddle together.
 
Well, i already made my own WSG and AB.. WSG is a bitch tho, if you map out the ramp it only goes down there from GY after that.
It target enemies through the floors and walls, so if you are above the tunnel and you're in the room above it you will get alot of troubles.

AB is a dream, it's all open for you to play with.. I'll expect to see some fun profiles from you for AB.

On a sidenote, did anyone discover if you could specify a radius for hotspots aswell?
 
alright so shortly said, WSG = watchout for different levels, where AB is total freedom.

Nice to hear thanks for info, altough i'd like hawker to fix that it wont target trough walls or different lvls.
