pvp options greyed out

I am wanting to do some PvP but both the PvP bot and the BG Bot have their options greyed out so I can only choose Random Battleground.

any advice on what to do?

tried to restart both wow and Hb?

yea, they're still grey, tried 3 times.
ill restart the computer just incase.
